Followings are some issues and notifications concerning the exhibition:
I. Scope:
First, the contents of the exhibition are expected to come from high-technology frontiers, including vacuum science & technology, surface science, applied surface science, thin films, electronic materials & processing, surface engineering, plasma science & technology, and nanotechnology, etc. Second, the applications of vacuum science & technology in such fields as mechanical engineering, electronics, metallurgy, aviation, spaceflight, light industry, chemical industry, food industry, medicine industry, sanitary equipment, printing, construction and decoration are also welcomed to be exhibited.
